ICTC is the unique global premier event for researchers, industry professionals, and academics, organized by KICS and ETRI, Korea, with the technical co-sponsorship of IEEE Communications Society, which aims to interact with and disseminate the information on the latest researches and developments in the emerging industrial convergence centered around the information and communication technologies.
The conference will include technical sessions, tutorials, and invited industrial panels. You are invited to submit papers in all areas of infrastructure, service, and applications for ICT convergence. The detailed instructions for authors will be posted on the Information for Authors.
All accepted papers be indexed in IEEE Xplore digital library, EI Compendex, and SCOPUS. Also, many selected papers will be considered for publication in upcoming issue of JCN (Journal of Communications and Networks) indexed by SCI.
